Timeline
At The Start
Premier heavily focused on upfitting vehicles. As the times progressed, we had to adjust and advance. We changed our path and took to the ground running.
The "Can't Be Done" Shop
Premier turned with the times and transformed into a full time auto repair shop. With "unrealistic" goals that struck into being ground breaking records. In 2021 the shop not only hit it's goal of $1 million, we passed it.
The New Chapter
In 2023 we opened the doors to our new state of the art shop in Worcester MA. We had bigger goals and we set off to make sure we hired the right people join us.
Our Future
In 2024 we purchased shop number two in Shrewsbury MA. With remodels on the way, this 8 bay shop, could potentially, turn into a 10 bay. We have big goals and we need more team members to join us for the ride!

Customer service was 1000/10 !!!! Most professional car servicing place ive EVER been. Never heard of it until i moved to the area got some discount coupons in the mail booked the service and thats that! They send a confirmation text with your total and things that may need to be fixed, also pictures and videos of the courtesy inspection. This is how customer service is sapose to be in 2024! Highly recommended! Will be returning! :)))

The cleanest auto shop ever. I had a great experience. Prices are reasonable and on par with other shops. Customer service is spectacular. Tessa was very kind and helpful. Ashley walked me through all the information and explained it to me, she was always available by phone to answer my questions. Shop provides detailed report with photos through text. Really shows all damage and also reports on what’s in good condition. Highly recommend.

Established In 2003
Premier Auto Repair is a family owned and operated auto repair center which has been proudly serving the Worcester, MA, community for over a decade. Our ASE Certified Technicians specialize in domestic and Asian vehicles, however, they also have the experience and knowledge to skillfully work on any make and model.
Our clean, modern shop is equipped with state of the art computer diagnostic equipment, an alignment machine, and the latest tools needed to work on newer car models. Although the main work area received a lot of attention we also wanted to provide a comfortable area for our customers, we have a dedicated waiting area with free WiFi and refreshments.
